She was born August 6, 1931 in St. Anthony to Frenchie Lavett and Leota Ellis.
She married Glen Haws and had 3 children, they later divorced. She then married Ted Walters and lived many years in Vacaville California. After retiring they moved back to St. Anthony.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ted and daughters, Brenda and Bretta Haws. She is survived by her son Brad Haws and a brother Del Flint.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wilford Cemetery under the direction of Bert Flamm Mortuary.
